• Is LOCAL pet friendly?

    Yes, LOCAL is pet friendly with an onsite bark park! We require all pets to be registered with our community through petscreening.com and pet fees may apply. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

  • How many elevators are in the building? What types are they?

    The building is equipped with a total of three elevators. In the lobby, you will find one elevator that provides direct access to the residential areas and amenities. Additionally, we have two separate elevators exclusively designated for the parking garage, ensuring convenient entry to your unit when arriving by vehicle on the property.

  • What amenities are reservable?

    Our amenities operate on a first-come, first-served basis. For your convenience, we offer the option to reserve our exquisite 7th floor sky lounge and attached sky deck. This sought-after amenity is highly favored by residents for various occasions such as office gatherings and engagement parties. The sky lounge and attached sky deck can be reserved at a rate of $25 per hour, with time blocks set at four hours.

  • Do you provide onsite storage? If so, what are the sizes?

    We provide secure storage solutions in the form of small and large caged lockers. Large Lockers are 46″W x 43.5″L x 7′ 6″ H and the Small Lockers are 46″W x 46″L x 44″ H. Our storage spaces are located inside the building in a temperature-controlled and secured room for your convenience with monthly, short- or long-term rental options available. Please contact the leasing office for renting.

  • Is there parking available? If so, is there visitor parking?

    We provide reserved resident parking spots in our secured gated parking garage. Street parking is available for guest parking. Please note that street parking is first come, first served.

  • What’s the neighborhood like?

    LOCAL is located on the fringe of Downtown Boise with exceptional ease of access to a varitey of nearby amenities and desireable attractions.

    Within walking distance you’ll find Julia Davis Park, the Zoo, Discovery Center, the Boise River Greenbelt and pathway system, BSU, Winco, Whole Foods, the Downtown city center the features an entertainment, food & dining district, and tons more.

    Our residents enjoy the variety and conveniences that downtown living offers. Because of our highrise apartment style, many of our residents enjoy our numberous lounge and recreation areas within our building, work from home and don’t have the need for a car.

    However, we offer a secured parking garage with reserved spaces for our residents if they choose to add this on to their rent. We offer numerous free covered bike racks throughout the property, both secured and open for all our bicyclist enthusiasts!

  • How do I pay for utilities?

    Utilities billing for your apartment, ensuring a seamless experience. Here’s a breakdown of the services and their respective details:

    1. Internet: Our high-speed internet service is available at a competitive rate of $50 per month, providing exceptional value for your connectivity needs.
    2. Trash: We offer convenient trash disposal with trash chutes available on every floor. The monthly trash fee is $20.
    3. Electric, Water, Sewer: On the first day of each month, you will receive a comprehensive bill for the previous month’s consumption of power, water, and sewer services. This invoice accurately reflects your actual usage.

    To simplify your payment process, we combine your utility bill (internet, trash, electric, water, sewer) with your rent, allowing you to make a single payment for all. This eliminates the hassle of managing separate utility accounts or paying any initial deposits. Rest assured, we take care of everything, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you.

  • Is renter’s insurance a requirement?

    We require residents to have renters insurance with at least $100,000 liability coverage. While we encourage all residents to have renters insurance through the provider of their own choice. We also offer the option of enrolling in our Master Policy for a small fee.

  • Are guarantors accepted?

    Yes. LOCAL accepts guarantors. Guarantors must also complete an application for residency, undergo screening, and meet our resident qualification criteria.

  • How much Is the Security Deposit? Is it refundable?

    Our standard security deposit is $500 for any of our apartment homes. Security deposits are refundable contingent upon any damage to the apartment home beyond normal wear and tear. Please check your lease agreement for details about our security deposit requirements.
