FAQs

  • What is Co-Living?

Co-Living is a convenient and attainable way of living in the heart of the city in a beautiful apartment where you have your own private suite within a larger unit. You will have your own lockable, fully furnished bedroom and private/personal bathroom within a thoughtfully designed unit. You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a living room with 3 other roommates.

  • Do you offer roommate matching?

Yes. LOCAL offers a roommate matching program. After filling out your application, you will hear back from one of our team members to conduct a roommate profile. We will match you with someone that has a similar lifestyle and habits to the best of our ability.

  • Do I need to be responsible for other roommates?

Co-Living units are leased by the bed, and all leases are individually signed. It means that each person is only responsible for their bedroom and a portion of the common area. You are not responsible for your roommate's payment.

  • What furniture is provided?

LOCAL bedrooms are fully furnished with a full XL bed, a 2-drawer dresser, and a nightstand. Your living area will include a couch, side chair, coffee table, end table, entertainment center, and 55″ TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with quartz countertops, barstools, and energy-efficient appliances including a stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and full-size washer and dryer.

  • How much can I customize my co-living space?

Your private space is your canvas. We provide the furniture; you add your personality. Since you’ll share the living areas with roommates, we ask that you be considerate of others. Note that it is expected that if you decide to move out at some point, you will return the apartment to its original condition.

  • What if I don't get along with my roommate(s)?

You are allowed to transfer co-living units if things aren’t working out, as long as the units are available. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • What is your pet policy in Co-Living units?

LOCAL is pet friendly with a bark park on site! Please reach out to our leasing office for more information.
